01 — The client

Doug Carnine has spent years spreading Mindful Kindness through schools, prisons, workplaces, and communities. The work was real and the warmth was unmistakable. The materials undersold both.

The engagement began small: one infographic, redesigned. Instead of decorating it, we rebuilt it on KINDR's actual identity, anchored by KINDR Purple, and reframed a list of resources into a method a funder can follow: See, Learn, Practice, Become KINDR.

02 — What was missing

A brand system. The foundation had a logo and a library of hand-built documents, but no codified identity holding them together, so every new piece started from zero and read like it came from a different organization.
